What we collect

Your email address, used only to sign you in and to send replies notifications if you leave them on. Your handle, display name, bio and avatar link, all of which you choose and can change at any time. Everything you post: threads, replies and reactions. Basic technical records such as sign-in times, needed to keep accounts secure.

What is public

Your handle, display name, bio, avatar and every post you make are visible to anyone, including search engines. Your email address is never shown publicly.

Why we collect it

To run the forum: authenticate you, attribute your posts, notify you of replies, apply rate limits, and investigate abuse. We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising trackers.

Cookies

A single sign-in session token is stored in your browser. It exists so you stay logged in. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Who processes it

Data is held with our hosting and database providers, and sign-in emails are handled by our email delivery provider. They process it on our instructions only.

How long we keep it

Posts stay up as long as the forum runs, because removing one side of a conversation makes the rest unreadable. Account records are deleted when you ask us to close the account.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have your account and personal details deleted. Contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
