Systems Manager
Lead how our infrastructure is planned, secured and operated, and keep systems reliable as SudoSecurity grows.
SudoSecurity runs a security and developer community: the blog, Forums and Learn, the free security tools, Hardline (our open-source Rust server hardening CLI) and Elevated hardened hosting. Everything we ship is held to three rules: security-minded, performance-driven and modern in design.
What you'll do
- Own the roadmap for infrastructure, capacity, reliability and cost.
- Set and enforce security standards: access control, patching, backups and incident response.
- Coordinate the systems and support engineers, and keep runbooks and on-call healthy.
- Report on uptime, incidents and risk, and make sure lessons turn into fixes.
What we're looking for
- Several years running production Linux infrastructure, including leading others.
- Strong security and risk judgment, plus clear written communication.
- Experience with monitoring, incident management and capacity planning.
- Bonus: hosting-provider or game-server operations experience.
